Payment & Transaction Information

J3pm records transaction details including deposit and withdrawal amounts in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), payment methods used (FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, bank transfer), transaction dates and times, and reference numbers. Full bank account or card numbers are not stored on our servers — we only retain the information necessary to verify and process transactions.

Device & Browser Information

When you use the j3pm platform, our systems automatically log your IP address, browser type, device operating system, screen resolution, device language, and general geographic location. This data helps us identify suspicious access and optimise the user experience based on your device.

Platform Usage Data

We also record in-platform activity logs such as games played, session duration, betting history, and interactions with specific features. This data is used solely for service improvement and not for unrelated purposes.
