J3pm Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using any j3pm services. By accessing this platform, you agree to all terms set out below.
These terms take effect from the date you first register or use j3pm's services. Last updated: 2026.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the j3pm platform, you expressly or implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are not permitted to use the j3pm platform.
The j3pm platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. j3pm reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and j3pm as the platform operator. If you are acting on behalf of an organisation, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register only one (1) account on j3pm. Multiple registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation. During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. j3pm will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please notify j3pm support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
General User Responsibilities
- Not using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law.
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage any j3pm platform systems.
- Not use automated software, bots, or other tools to access the platform without written authorisation.
- Not share your account with others or transfer account ownership.
- Notify j3pm promptly of any changes to your personal information.
Payment & Transaction Information
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the j3pm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include bank transfers via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and manual bank transfer. j3pm does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly — any currency conversion is entirely the user's responsibility.
Identity Verification Before Withdrawal
J3pm reserves the right to require full identity verification before processing any withdrawal of funds. This includes valid proof of identity such as a Malaysian identity card or passport, as well as proof of the payment method used for deposits. This verification is a standard security measure in place to protect all users.
Processing Times & Transaction Limits
Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are typically processed within minutes. Withdrawals are processed within one to three business days, depending on the method chosen and the account's verification status. j3pm reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which may change from time to time. Current limits will be displayed within the user's account.
Suspicious Transactions
J3pm reserves the right to delay or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. In such cases, j3pm also reserves the right to report the activity to the relevant authorities in Malaysia without prior notification to the user.
Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
J3pm Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, j3pm shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses due to technical issues, service disruptions beyond j3pm's control, or actions by third parties.
J3pm's total liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
J3pm reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:
- The user violates any term set out in this document.
- The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
- The user engages in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
- The user's account has been inactive for a period as defined by j3pm's policy.
- J3pm has received instructions from the relevant authorities to do so.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any remaining funds in the account will be subject to an investigation review by j3pm before any refund is processed.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Privacy
Copyright & Intellectual Property
All content on the j3pm platform — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of j3pm or its respective third-party licensors. This content is protected under Malaysian and international copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from j3pm.
Platform Software & Technology
The software, algorithms, and technology systems underlying the j3pm platform are the property of j3pm or its technology partners and are protected under licence agreements. Users may not reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract the platform's source code in any manner.
Data Privacy
J3pm's use of your personal information is governed by Privacy Policy ours, which forms part of this agreement. j3pm is committed to protecting users' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend
J3pm reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the j3pm platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be reinterpreted or removed, while the remaining terms continue in full force and effect. j3pm's failure to enforce any right under these terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
